I’m David Hernandez, and it would be an honor to coach and support you in one of the most challenging yet rewarding tasks in real estate: speaking on camera.

I completely understand what it’s like to feel nervous or scared in front of the camera. When I decided to follow my dreams of becoming an actor, I packed up my life in my car and moved to California to take on the challenge of being part of an acting conservatory program in Hollywood. I’ve been there — feeling uncertain, self-conscious, and unsure of how to show up authentically on camera.

That’s why my goal is simple: to help you gain the confidence to speak on camera without having to fake who you are. With my background in acting, filmmaking, and real estate media, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when realtors show up on camera as their true selves.

I genuinely want you to feel fully confident being exactly who you are in front of the camera, so you can connect with your audience in a way that feels natural and real. I hope you can join me so that together, we can overcome fear and nerves, and master being on camera.

Will we be filming in class?

Yes. This class is especially for you. We teach proven techniques to help you overcome nerves.

What if I can’t make all four sessions?

We recommend attending all sessions, but if you miss one, we’ll offer a brief recap and self-practice prompt.

Absolutely. You’ll learn how to prep, speak naturally, and create short-form content that feels authentic.
